Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indiatic, we strive to provide high-quality design, branding, printing, and digital marketing solutions. We understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms governing refund and cancellation requests for our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellations Before Work Begins: Customers may cancel a service before work commences and receive a full refund.
Service Cancellations After Work Begins: If work has already started, cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be granted based on the progress completed.
Project Delays Due to Client Inaction: If a project remains inactive due to client inaction for more than 30 days without prior communication, Indiatic reserves the right to cancel the project without a refund.
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of creative and digital services, completed or near-completed work cannot be refunded.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only if Indiatic fails to deliver services as per the agreed specifications or if a critical issue arises from our end.
Timeframe for Refunds: Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of project initiation. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10-15 business days.
3. Modification & Revisions
We offer reasonable revisions based on the service agreement. Clients requesting additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
If clients wish to modify service requirements post-approval, additional fees and extended timelines may apply.
4. Digital Products & Print Orders
Digital Deliverables: Once a design is finalized and delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
Printed Items: Orders for printed products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Defective Print Orders: If a print order is found to have defects due to a mistake from our side, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
5. Force Majeure
Indiatic shall not be liable for delays or service failures due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or external service disruptions.
